Supporting Schools
We provide a range of support to schools within and beyond our Trust. This includes leadership development, self-evaluation, and access to expertise across a wide range of areas.
Our work is tailored to the needs of each school, ensuring that support is relevant, practical and impactful.
We believe that meaningful improvement is achieved through partnership working, professional trust and a relentless focus on improving outcomes for pupils.
System Leadership and Regional Improvement
As an outward-facing Trust, we contribute to school improvement beyond our own schools, working in partnership with the Department for Education, trusts, local authorities and individual schools.
We have experience of supporting improvement across a range of contexts, including through regional programmes, partnership working and school-to-school support. This includes work to strengthen leadership, improve teaching and learning, and support schools to secure sustained improvement.
Our role has included coordinating and quality assuring support, working with system leaders and partner organisations to ensure that schools receive effective and targeted support.
Through this work, we contribute to strengthening education across Bradford, wider West Yorkshire, and beyond, sharing expertise and supporting collaboration between schools and trusts.

Building Capacity
Central to our approach is the development of leadership capacity within schools. We believe that long-term improvement depends on strong, sustainable leadership.
Through our work in professional development, initial teacher training and leadership programmes, we support schools to build the capacity needed to sustain improvement over time.
