Our Leadership

Leadership at Exceed Academies Trust is collective, collaborative and focused on improving life chances for every child.

Across the Trust, leadership is shared between Trust leaders and school leaders, working together to strengthen our schools and ensure that they deliver consistently high-quality education. We combine strong local leadership within each school with the wider expertise and support available across the Trust.

Our leaders work together with a shared sense of purpose, building capacity, supporting improvement and ensuring that all schools continue to develop and succeed over time.

School Leaders

Each of our schools is led by a Headteacher who understands their community and is best placed to lead improvement within their setting. Headteachers work collaboratively across the Trust, sharing expertise and supporting one another to strengthen provision and outcomes for all pupils.
